  1. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our handcrafted products. However, variations in color, size, and shape may occur due to the nature of handcrafted items and individual monitor settings. We do our best to represent our products accurately, but slight differences may exist.

  1. Orders and Payment
  1. Placing Orders: To purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. Follow the instructions on our website to place your order. Orders are subject to availability.
  1. Waist Beads: We stand by the quality and durability of waist beads. As a result,  should your waist beads break along the strand within 30 days of purchase (not at the knot where it was tied) We will gladly replace your piece with no questions asked! We will do our best to replace them with the exact or similar strand, depending on availability. To make a claim, please send an email to us within 30 days of purchase. Please attach photos of the broken strand to support your claim.


While your satisfaction is our priority, we cannot be held responsible for strands that are not long enough to fit your waist or come apart because they were not tied properly. You are responsible for knowing your own waist size and making sure the size of the listing will fit you prior to submitting your order. All items will list their approximate length so please ensure they meet your needs before selecting.


In keeping with the authenticity and traditional nature of waist beads, all our strands are tie-on for long-term wear and enjoyment. In this case, no matter what piece catches your eye, you can customize them all to fit your size when tying them on. Please see our measuring chart for the proper way to measure your waist prior to placing our order. 

  1. Pricing: Prices for our products are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes or shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.
  1. Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay, Venmo, ShopPay, and Meta. Payment is due at the time of placing the order.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  1. Shipping: We offer shipping via USPS First Class Mail and the buyer will be provided a tracking number once the items have shipped. Standard shipping time is approximately 5-8 business days. If you upgrade your shipping, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail OR USPS Priority Mail Express which will take approximately 3-5 business days. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
  1. Delivery: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are possible.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  1. Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging.
  1. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
